Hampton Inn Lancaster

Loved the contactless check-in and using my phone as a key card! Our room was decent for a family of five, with two comfy queen beds for the kids to bounce on.

But did we mention the hot tub had a vacation? We were just hoping for a splash, not a dry spell! Next time, I'll bring my own inflatable pool!

We ate at an excellent restaurant for dinner.

The hotel had an odor, hot tub was in need of repairs.

The complimentary breakfast offered diverse options, and the staff made you feel welcome, going above and beyond to assist with any issues.

Shower curtain, we took your advertisement of breakfast available to mean a bit more than self serve and for that reason it was too highly priced for a serve yourself.

The staff was attentive and professional, even addressing issues that arose during check-in, made a big difference. A highlight included the presence of a friendly stray cat named Hampton, who provided unexpected comfort. Unfortunately, the hotel felt dated, lacking the usual standards, and there were delays during check-in as multiple staff members were needed to assist. I expected a more cute arrival after paying nearly $200 for one night.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. Good location.

I got 2 rooms. The room was suppose to be 109.00 a night and they charged me 243.00 a night for each room.

Fitness facility could have been better.

During my stay, the caring staff, especially Demi at the front desk, made a significant difference. The late-night snack bar offered convenience and comfort after a long day.

the spa and pool are in need of repair. It looked like they were doing that the weekend we were there.

Our room was very clean the staff was super nice the only thing I didn't like was that you can only use 3 devices on their free WiFi if you use a 4th they will automatically charge your credit card 4.95 but other than that it was a nice place

Didn't like that my card got charged 4.95 for using 4 devices on their free WiFi but it does state that on their brochure

The air-conditioned room was comfortable and well-equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was tasty, with plenty of hot chocolate and coffee available. The staff was attentive and professional, addressing my needs quickly.

Absolutely great hotel, I liked satisfactory breakfast!

Good service was provided here. The beds were great, rooms were spotless, impressive. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, within a close distance from River Valley Mall...
